Main Draw players will receive complimentary hotel room (with a roommate) at the Chuncheon Bears Hotel beginning on Monday, September 29th through the night of their elimination from the tournament. 

For Qualifying players who advance to main draw, their complimentary room will begin on Sunday, September 28th through the night of elimination from the tournament. 

Booking deadline is by September 16th (Withdrawal deadline).
